Bush Lodge surrounded by indigenous trees in an unspoilt natural setting with its own lapa and swimming pool, Bush Lodge offers a harmonious blend of stylish country and bushveld living. The 17 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms set in a comfortable, tranquil bush environment, offers a peaceful, down-to-earth atmosphere.

Mountain Lodge offer splendid views over far off hills amongst a series of running streams. The luxury 25 air-conditioned en-suite Bedrooms including 1 family room, is set in lush gardens criss-crossed with gurgling streams and rock features, offer splendid views of the far-off hills. The accommodation is elegantly decorated and furnished with every facility. The lodge offers various dining options including restaurant and large all-weather boma.

Zebra Stables situated on the shores of Zebra Lake, the picturesque scenic beauty, tranquil setting and ethnic theme of this 20 bedroom lodge contribute to its unique ambience. Facilities include a large restaurant, boma and lounge with magnificent views of the lake. Relax beside the swimming pool with a cocktail and enjoy nature at its best. Weather Conditions at Zebra Country Lodge experience a summer rainfall, days are usually warm to hot with clear blue skies. Often giving way to brief and sometimes spectacular late afternoon thunderstorms. Winters are generally clear and dry with frosty spells. Maximum temperatures during the summer months ranges from about an average of 25º C to about 27º C, although mid summer can easily reach highs of 30º C +. During the winter months,

Farewell Mama Africa - Miriam Makeba...


Miriam Makeba, Africa`s most celebrated singer, and the first black African woman to win a Grammy Award, has died. Makeba`s business affairs manager Graham Gilfillan confirmed yesterday morning that the legendary singer died of a heart attack in the early hours of yesterday morning near the southern Italian town of Caserta after a performance. According to Gilfillan, Makeba was with her grandson who called him yesterday morning to inform him of the singer`s death. Makeba, 76, died overnight after taking part in a concert for Roberto Saviano, a writer threatened with death by the Mafia, the Ansa news agency said.
