AFRICAN CHAPTER TOURS as well as the variations made to such terms and conditions by AFRICAN CHAPTER TOURS from time to time in their sole and absolute discretion.

Any party utilising AFRICAN CHAPTER´S services acknowledges and warrants that they are fully conversant with the terms and conditions of any and all agreements as well as the principles incorporated herein.

All parties utilising AFRICAN CHAPTER´S services specifically consent to be bound to the following non-exhaustive list of principles:

  • THE AFRICAN CHAPTER shall under no circumstances be held liable for any death or injury caused by or resulting from any tour arranged on the client´s behalf, whether such death of injury accrues as a result of the negligent or intentional actions of any of AFRICAN CHAPTER´S director´s, staff, associates or affiliates or through the negligent or intentional actions of any tour operator, transporter or any such other person with whom AFRICAN CHAPTER made arrangements on the client´s behalf.
  • THE AFRICAN CHAPTER shall under no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to property caused by or resulting from any tour arranged on the client´s behalf, whether such loss or damage to property accrues as a result of the negligent or intentional actions of any of AFRICAN CHAPTER´S director´s, staff, associates or affiliates or through the negligent or intentional actions of any tour operator, transporter or any such other person with whom AFRICAN CHAPTER made arrangements on the client´s behalf.
  • THE AFRICAN CHAPTER shall under no circumstances be held liable for any economic loss suffered as a result of the cancellation of a booking, for whatsoever reason and the client concedes that from date of entering into an agreement with AFRICAN CHAPTER, all loss of whatever nature and all risks associated with any booking shall be borne exclusively by the client.
  • Any and all damages, whether they be patrimonial or non-patrimonial, general or special, suffered by the client at any stage of arrangements, incurred after date of signature of a memorandum of agreement authorising AFRICAN CHAPTER to act on the client´s behalf in order to make such travel arrangements and any other action associated therewith, shall be for the exclusive account of the client and the client hereby revokes any and all recourse that said client may have for relief in an appropriate forum.
  • THE AFRICAN CHAPTER reserves all rights which they may have in terms of law or in terms of the memorandum of agreement, to recover any and all damages to which they may be entitled.

exposure to blood, poisons or other hazardous materials
a fire or other natural disaster

The emergency call will be answered by a trained wilderness medical doctor who will access the situation and activate the appropriate action to be taken.
